南板蓝根水浸提液对白菜的化感效应
Allelopathic Effect of Water Extract of Baphicacanthus cusia on Chinese Cabbage

Abstract
To investigate the allelopathic effects of Baphicacanthus cusia water extracts on Chinese cabbage and to elucidate the al-lelopathic mechanisms of Baphicacanthus cusia from phenotypic and physiological perspectives,this study held significant implications for ensuring the sustainability of agricultural production and the health of crops.In the experiment,we prepared a series of Baphica-canthus cusia extracts at different concentrations(0,6.25,12.5,25,50 g·L-1)and observed their impact on the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds and the growth of seedlings.The findings indicated that the extract at varying concentrations first increased and then decreased the germination rate,radicle length,hypocotyl length,total fresh weight of seedlings,and plant height and total fresh weight during the seedling stage of Chinese cabbage.Specifically,the germination rate,radicle,and hypocotyl lengths peaked at a concentra-tion of 25 g·L-1,while the total fresh weight of seedlings,plant height,and total fresh weight during the seedling stage reached their maximum at a concentration of 12.5 g·L-1.Concurrently,the germination potential,germination index,and root length gradually de-creased with the increase in extract concentration.There were significant differences in total chlorophyll content and soluble protein content among all treatment groups compared to the control group(P<0.05),and although the POD enzyme activity was not significantly different among the treatment groups and the control group,the activity levels in all treatment groups were higher than the control.Ad-ditionally,the MDA content showed significant differences compared to the control at concentrations of 6.25 g·L-1 and 12.5 g·L-1(P<0.05).In summary,when the concentration of Baphicacanthus cusia extract is 6.25,12.5,and 25 g·L-1,it has a promoting effect on the growth of Chinese cabbage;however,at a concentration of 50 g·L-1,it inhibits the growth of Chinese cabbage.关键词
