甲哌鎓与调环酸钙对棉花产量和品质调控效应分析与研究
Analysis and Study of the Comparative Effects of Mepiquat Chloride and Prohexadione Calcium on the Yield and Fiber Quality in Cotton

Abstract
In order to explore the regulatory impacts of mepiquat chloride and prohexadione calcium on cotton yield and quality in the Huang-huai cotton region,the cotton cultivar Liaomian 21 was used as the material to analyse and compare the impacts on cotton yield-and fiber quality-related indices.The research revealed that for Liaomian 21 under the recommended spraying dosage(700 mL·hm-2),compared with Mepiquat chloride,Prohexadione calcium significantly increased the number of fruiting branches by 0.50 per plant,the number of bolls per plant by 0.50,the single-boll weight by 0.44 g,and the seed-cotton yield by 366.0 kg·hm-2,while also raising the proportion of reproductive-organ biomass in total plant biomass and better increasing the production.In terms of the impact on cotton fiber quality,compared with Prohexadione calcium,Mepiquat chloride significantly increased the uniformity index by 1.52 and decreased the micronaire value by 0.1,There were no significant differences in upper-half mean length,breaking tenacity,and elongation rate,Prohexadione calcium reduced the uniformity index,but there was no significant different effect on other fiber qualities.Regarding the regulation of endogenous hormones,Mepiquat chloride could inhibit the increase of GA1 and GA4 hormones,while Prohexadione calcium only had an inhibitory effect on GA1 hormone,with an insignificant inhibitory effect on GA4 hormone.Un-der the recommended dosage,Prohexadione calcium increased the number of fruit branches,number of bells,and single bell weight compared to Mepiquat chloride,while the yield of seed cotton increased by 7.11%.In terms of regulation of cotton fibers quality,Mepiquat chloride improved the uniformity index and reduced the micronaire value,while no significant differences were oberved in other fiber quality indices.关键词
