不同氮磷施用比例对百香果生长及生理特性的影响

Abstract
The effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus application ratios on the growth and physiological characteristics of Passi-flora edulis Sims seedlings was studied and it want to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific application of nitrogen and phospho-rus fertilizers in the cultivation of Passiflora edulis Sims.The test under pot culture condition,and the fresh weight and physiological characteristics of Passiflora edulis Sims were studied by setting no fertilization control(T1),nitrogen phosphorus ratio of 1∶1(T2),1.5∶1(T3),2∶1(T4),1∶1.5(T5)and 1∶2(T6)total six treatment,respectively.The results show that:On the 100th day after treatment,the fresh weight of T4 assiflora edulis Sims root,stem and leaf was 50.16%,396.72%and 676.72%higher than T1,respectively,and there was no significant difference between T4 and T6,and T4 was significantly higher than T2;the root activity of T4 was significant-ly higher than T1,T2,T3,T5 and T6 from day 50 to day 100;the chlorophyll content of T4 was 43.86%,8.15%,10.46%and 23.28%higher than T1 respectively from day 25 to 100;T4 was significantly higher than T1,T3 and T5 from day 50 to 100;polyphe-nol oxidase activity was significantly higher than T1,T2,T3,T5,T6 treatments during the whole experiment period;all fertilization treatments could increase nitrate nitrogen content in passion fruit leaves.Comprehensive analysis showed that the suitable ratio of ni-trogen and phosphorus was 2∶1 for Passiflora edulis Sims seedlings.关键词
