基于Logistic方程的新梅1号新梢和果实的生长发育动态研究
Study on the Growth and Development Dynamics of New Shoots and Fruits of Xinmeiyihao Based on Logistic Equation

Abstract
In order to study the dynamic relationship between shoot growth and fruit development of Xinmeiyihao in the Ili River Val-ley,the 6-year-old Xinmeiyi hao was used as the experimental material to measure the length and thickness of shoots,the three di-ameters of fruit(longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,lateral diameter)and the weight of single fruit at different growth and de-velopment stages.Logistic curve was used to fit the measured data of fruit growth dynamics,and then the obtained fitting results were systematically analyzed and verified.The observation results showed that the shoot length had three growth peaks(April 30,May 27,July 14,2024),and the average daily growth was 2.13 cm,2.09 cm,and 0.9 cm,respectively.Shoot diameter had three growth peaks(April 30,June 18,August 20),and the average daily growth was 0.1 mm,0.11 mm and 0.09 cm,respectively.The growth dynamic curves of vertical diameter,transverse diameter and lateral diameter of Xinmeiyihao fruit showed a'fast-slow-fast''S'curve,and the average daily growth was vertical diameter>transverse diameter>lateral diameter.The first and first growth peak of fruit longitu-dinal diameter appeared on the 16 th day after flowering(May 10),and the average growth rate was 0.96 mm.The first and first growth peaks of fruit transverse diameter and lateral diameter appeared on 29 days after flowering(May 23),with an average daily average growth of 0.64 mm and 0.56 mm,respectively.The average daily growth of single fruit weight has three stages,55 days after flowering(June 18)<55~85 days after flowering(June 18 to July 18)<115 days after flowering(August 17),that was,0.29 g<0.69 g<0.68 g.The growth of new shoots has three growth peaks.The correlation coefficients of the Logistic fitting equations were all above 0.952,and the probability values P corresponding to the F values were all less than 0.000 1.The model validation showed that the growth model of Xinmeiyihao had good reliability.The determination coefficients of the measured and predicted values of each growth index were 0.948 1~0.993 4,which were close to 1.In conclusion,by exploring the dynamic law of growth and development of new shoots and fruits of Xinmeiyihao,it can provide scientific basis for daily production management of orchards,and has important guiding value for improving fruit quality and yield.关键词
