The Differential Analysis Enzyme Activity from Typical Contamination Soil and Assessment of Contamina-tion Resource
摘要
Abstract
Enzyme activity serves as a biological indicator of soil contamination, revealing the extent of soil pollution. To investigate the correlation between enzyme activity and overall contamination levels in four typical polluted soils used for growing flowers, corn, cabbage, and rice, the activities of dehydrogenase, acid phosphatase, and catalase were measured using kits. The range of dehydroge-nase activity in soils from flowers, corn, cabbage, and rice was from 6.82 to 0.63 U·g-1.The highest activity was observed in flower soil, followed by cabbage soil, while the lowest activity was found in paddy soil.Soil phosphatase activity showed significant variation(P<0.05),ranging from 1.48 to 0.22 U·g-1,with a trend consistent with soil dehydrogenase activity.Significant differences were ob-served in soil hydrogen peroxide activity(P<0.05),with concentrations ranging from 0.078 to 0.019 U·g-1.This trend was opposite to that of soil dehydrogenase and soil phosphatase. After testing according to relevant national standards, eight pesticide residues were detected in the soil.Correlation analysis indicated that difenoconazole,thiamethoxam,tolfenpyrad,cyhalothrin,propiconazole,pa-clobutrazol,and hydrogen peroxide activity exhibited negative correlations. In conclusion,Hydrogen peroxide activity can serve as an indicator of pesticide contamination levels in soil, while soil phosphatase and soil dehydrogenase activities can function as biological indicators of overall soil pollution levels.关键词
