摘要

Abstract

To address the environmental pollution and high energy consumption caused by the emission and treatment of regenerated tail gas from shale gas TEG dehydration units,it is necessary to conduct research on tail gas treatment technologies.By systematically analyzing the process flow for tail gas recovery and treatment,this study evaluates pollutant emissions and resource utilization of various technical routes.The study recommends the tail gas ejection combustion recovery technology as an effective solution to achieve emission reduction and resource recovery through tail gas treatment.If the exhaust gas is recovered,the fuel gas consumption of the facility can be reduced by over 33%.The results serves as a valuable reference for the recovery and treatment of regeneration tail gas from the TEG dehydration process in shale gas or non-sour gas fields.
