东海油基钻井液井漏治理堵漏方法与作业实践
Plugging methods and field practices for well leakage control on oil-based drilling fluids in the East China Sea

Abstract
Oil-based drilling fluids(OBDFs)are widely used in exploration and development in the East China Sea.However,OBDFs are prone to leakage and difficult to seal,creating an urgent need for technical methods to control OBDF well leakage.The geological characteristics of the East China Sea and the difficulties in controlling well leakage are analyzed.The East China Sea leakage-control workflow is integrated systematically.Using electrical-imaging logging data to obtain the width of fractures in the loss zone,and by considering the increment of loss-zone fracture width and squeeze-fracture width,the bridging particle size of the plugging material is estimated.Innovatively selected high-pressure-resistant plugging materials suitable for OBDFs,such as PF-LCLOCK and sheet-like resin PF-BLN,and scientifically prepared a multi-stage graded bridging slurry for pressure plugging.Depending on different well leakage situations,operations such as drilling-with-plugging,segmental plugging,and specialized plugging are implemented.Field practice was conducted on 6 wells with a success rate of 100%.The leakage in the loss zones within the wellbore was sealed,significantly improving the formation's pressure-bearing capacity and supporting the stability and extension of the open-hole interval,enabling subsequent operations and saving more than 25 days of construction duration.The OBDF leakage-control method effectively solves the issue of OBDF leakage,expands OBDF application to leaky formations,and provide guidance for leakage control in other areas.关键词
