基于PVA/SiO2的超疏水纸基材料的制备及其性能
Preparation and properties of superhydrophobic paper-based materials based on PVA/SiO2

Abstract
In the face of the technical problems in the development of fluorine-free superhydro-phobic paper-based materials,this study investigated the preparation process of superhydro-phobic paper-based materials with silane coupling agent as hydrophobic modifier.The results showed that the nano-silica(SiO2)was loaded on the surface of paper by PVA,and the silica(SiO2)was modified by methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)which could realize the prepara-tion of superhydrophobic paper-based materials.The amount of nano-SiO2 had a significant effect on the contact angle of the paper.When the mass ratio of nano-SiO2 to PVA was less than 1∶1,the paper modified by methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)can obtain superhydro-phobic properties.When the mass ratio of nano-SiO2∶PVA was 1.5∶1,the static water contact angle of the paper surface can reach up to 156.8 ° and the mechanical strength of the paper was significantly improved.关键词
