摘要

Abstract

This study constructed dual-functional aerogels with pH-responsive colorimetry and antibacterial preservation by extracting cellulose and anthocyanins from purple corncobs and loading them with cinnamon essential oil/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.The three-dimen-sional porous network endowed superior mechanical properties(5.9 MPa compressive stress at 90%strain).Compared to cellulose film controls,the dual aerogel exhibited 1.25-fold higher steady-state color difference(ΔE)with accelerated pH responsiveness.The cinnamon oil/β-CD inclusion complex-loaded aerogel exhibited a slower DPPH scavenging activity de-cline(12.48%/60 h)vs free oil(28.25%/60 h),enhancing sustained-release efficiency by 55%.Application tests confirmed enhanced responsiveness and preservation for monitoring shrimp freshness.This work provides a theoretical foundation for developing seafood fresh-ness-monitoring materials from agricultural waste.
