基于紫玉米芯衍生的花青素复合纤维素双功能气凝胶的制备及其应用
Preparation and application of bifunctional cellulose aerogel loaded with anthocyanin derived from purple corn cob

Abstract
This study constructed dual-functional aerogels with pH-responsive colorimetry and antibacterial preservation by extracting cellulose and anthocyanins from purple corncobs and loading them with cinnamon essential oil/β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.The three-dimen-sional porous network endowed superior mechanical properties(5.9 MPa compressive stress at 90%strain).Compared to cellulose film controls,the dual aerogel exhibited 1.25-fold higher steady-state color difference(ΔE)with accelerated pH responsiveness.The cinnamon oil/β-CD inclusion complex-loaded aerogel exhibited a slower DPPH scavenging activity de-cline(12.48%/60 h)vs free oil(28.25%/60 h),enhancing sustained-release efficiency by 55%.Application tests confirmed enhanced responsiveness and preservation for monitoring shrimp freshness.This work provides a theoretical foundation for developing seafood fresh-ness-monitoring materials from agricultural waste.关键词
