医联体模式下医疗机构协同路径研究:基于信任传导与就医选择视角
Research on the synergistic path of medical institutions under the medical alliance model:from the perspectives of trust transmission and medical treatment choice

Abstract
Objective Against the backdrop of the construction of medical alliances in China,patient trust is a key fac-tor in optimizing healthcare-seeking behavior and promoting the rational allocation of medical resources.This study systematically examines the formation mechanism of patient trust and its impact on healthcare-seeking behavior,aiming to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for enhancing the internal collaboration efficiency of medical alliances and optimizing pa-tients' healthcare choices.Methods Based on the commitment-trust theory and trust transfer theory,this study selects patients from district-level medical alliances in Shenzhen and their service areas as the research subjects.A total of 428 valid question-naires were collected,and a structural equation model was constructed for analysis.The study explores the formation and develop-ment mechanisms of patient trust in medical services and examines its impact pathways on healthcare-seeking behavior.Results The study finds that patients' initial trust in hospitals(β=0.232,P＜0.001),perceived service quality(β=0.368,P＜0.001),and perceived value(β=0.176,P=0.015)have significant positive effects on their continuous trust levels,which in turn significantly and positively influence patient loyalty(β=0.191,P=0.008).Moreover,patients' trust in primary healthcare institutions significantly and positively transfers to their initial trust in higher-level hospitals(β=0.697,P＜0.001),and this trust transfer effect is positively moderated by patients' healthcare-seeking habits(β=0.195,P＜0.05)and policy awareness(β=0.086,P＜0.05).Conclusion The research results provide insights and references for enhancing patient trust in tertiary public hospitals,promoting rational healthcare-seeking behavior,and advancing the construction of medical collaboration and alliances.关键词
