Abstract
In order to effectively promote the quality and efficiency of primary health care services,strengthen the con-struction of close county medical community,and improve the level of primary medical imaging diagnosis services is an indispen-sable part of it.Remote diagnosis services can break the constraints of time,space and resources.This study takes Feixi County as an example to analyze the construction mode of its medical imaging diagnosis center and the practical experience of remote di-agnosis services,and summarize successful practices.The research shows that Feixi County adopts a distributed approach to carry out medical image diagnosis services,establishes a medical image diagnosis center in the leading hospital,and deploys a county-level medical technology information system.The growth rate of remote diagnosis services within 6 years has reached 251.49％,effectively shortening the service timeliness.By broadening the diversified financing channels,strengthening the introduction of talent training,optimizing the coordination and distribution of interests and other systematic measures,it provides solid and feasi-ble practical experience for the establishment of remote medical image diagnosis platform for the close county medical community.关键词
