Abstract
Objective The construction of a tight-knit county-level medical community is a key path for deepening the reform of the medical and health system,optimizing resource allocation,and enhancing the capacity of primary healthcare serv-ices.Methods This study focuses on the close-knit county-level medical community in Qujiang District,Shaoguan City,Guang-dong Province,targeting common issues in grassroots medical institutions such as fragmentation of drug directories,insufficient supply guarantees,and weak pharmaceutical services.The research examines the practice of building a central pharmacy under the'Four Unifications'mechanism(unified drug directory,unified procurement and distribution,unified drug management,and unified pharmaceutical services).Results Through policy analysis,case studies,and field research,it was found that this mod-el significantly enhances grassroots drug accessibility and the standardization of services through the dynamic adjustment of drug directories,centralized procurement and distribution,an intelligent management platform,and pre-prescription review measures,effectively supporting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment as well as chronic disease management.Conclusion The practice confirms that the'Four Unifications'central pharmacy is an effective means to address the grassroots issues of'drug shortages and insufficiencies.'However,its sustainable development still faces challenges such as high costs for maintaining information technology infrastructure,a structural shortage of pharmaceutical talent,insufficient flexibility in dynamic directory adjustments,and data security risks.In the future,efforts should be made to optimize dynamic adjustment mechanisms,build a diversified in-vestment strategy and talent cultivation model,and enhance data security protections to promote the intelligent and refined upgra-ding of this model,providing replicable experiences for constructing an efficient,safe,and sustainable grassroots pharmaceutical supply assurance system.关键词
