Research on the construction mechanism of comprehensive national medical centers based on system theory
摘要
Abstract
Comprehensive national medical centers are one of the 102 major projects planned during China's 14th Five-Year Plan,an important strategic measure for building a high-quality and efficient medical and health service system and support-ing the construction of a healthy China.This research is based on system theory,integrating the evolution of national medical cen-ter policies and practical cases from leading public hospitals in China,to construct a four-dimensional system mechanism of"stra-tegic positioning system-task implementation system-collaborative network system-institutional guarantee system"for comprehen-sive national medical centers.This aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference to promote the scientific development of national medical centers and achieve systematic optimization and sustainable development.关键词
