党建引领下基于麦肯锡7S理论的公立医院文化建设的探索与实践
Exploration and practice of public hospital culture construction based on mcKinsey's 7S theory under the guidance of party building
摘要
Abstract
Hospital culture is the soul core of public hospital development.Under the guidance of party building,Xing-hua People's Hospital innovatively applies the McKinsey 7S theory to the practice of public hospital culture construction,focusing on the three"hardware"elements of strategy,structure,and system,and the four"software"elements of personnel,style,skills,and shared values,to build a systematic culture construction system.By clarifying strategic goals to anchor development direction,optimizing organizational structure to enhance operational efficiency,and improving management systems to regulate employee behavior;at the same time,strengthening employee skills training to improve service quality,cultivating a cultural style that fits the hospital's development,condensing common values recognized by all employees,ultimately led by party building and supported by the 7S theory,injecting strong spiritual motivation into the sustainable development of the hospital.关键词
