党建引领"追新逐质"以推动病理学科高质量发展的探索

Abstract
The pathology discipline is a bridging discipline between basic medicine and clinical medicine,and pathologi-cal diagnosis plays an irreplaceable role in the precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases.However,due to objective reasons such as a shortage of talents,the development of the pathology discipline does not match the development of the entire medical field.How to effectively enhance the development of the pathology discipline has become an important issue in the development of medicine in the new era.In recent years,with the establishment of the Party branch of the Department of Pathology at the Affilia-ted Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities,the branch has combined with the actual situation of the pathology discipline itself.Taking"pursuit of innovation and quality under the leadership of Party building"as the starting point,through the development model of"integration of medical treatment,teaching and research in the pathology discipline",it has solved the problem of how Party building can promote the development of the discipline,and has achieved remarkable results in platform construction,talent cultivation,etc.,thus promoting the high-quality development of the discipline.关键词
