国内外医学人文关怀研究热点与趋势的文献计量分析
A bibliometric analysis of the hotspots and trends in medical humanities care research at home and a-broad

Abstract
Objective Through quantitative analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign medical humanistic care re-lated literature from 1995 to 2024,this paper aims to understand the hotspots and development trends of medical humanistic care research at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for promoting the construction of medical humanistic care in China.Methods Using"Medical Humanistic Care"as the search term,we retrieved relevant documents from the Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).A total of 1 346 documents were included in this study after screening,com-prising 425 foreign articles and 921 domestic articles.Subsequently,CiteSpace software was employed to conduct knowledge graph analyses of the research hotspots and trends.Results From 1995 to 2024,the number of domestic and foreign literature showed an increasing trend.In terms of research hotspots,international studies have predominantly emphasized"patient quality of life"and"medical education",while domestic research has concentrated on"narrative medicine"and"doctor-patient relation-ship".Meanwhile,the most prominent keywords shifted from"professionalism"to"medical education"in international litera-ture,and from"humanistic spirit"to"narrative medicine"and"course ideological education"in domestic literature.Conclu-sion The attention to medical humanistic care continues to rise at home and abroad.Furthermore,the research hotspots in do-mestic and international literature exhibit regional disparities and reflect contemporary characteristics.Future research should ad-dress local practical needs,incorporate an international perspective,promote interdisciplinary collaboration,and emphasize the integrated application of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.关键词
