激光共振电离技术在锕系元素研究中的应用进展
Progress of the Application Research of Laser Resonance Ionization Technology in Actinide Element

Abstract
Laser resonance ionization spectrometry(LRIMS),characterized by high sensitivity and high selectivity,has been widely applied in research on the atomic structure,nuclear properties,and spectral characteristics of actinides.This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of resonance ionization and reviews various complementary laser resonance ionization spectroscopy techniques developed for actinide research.It elaborates on the self-developed laser resonance ionization spectroscopy and mass spectrometry platform as well as its key technologies,and establishes LRIMS measurement techniques for ultra-trace and low-abundance actinide nuclides such as 233U,236U,238Pu,and 236Np.The results show that LRIMS achieves a detection limit at the sub-femtogram level for actinide measurement.It significantly outperforms traditional mass spectrometry techniques such as thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)in effectively suppressing isobaric interference,polyatomic ion interference,and strong peak tailing interference.Thus,it has become an effective method for the analysis of ultra-trace or ultra-low-abundance nuclides under complex matrix interference.关键词
