Current situation and five-year development prospect of rice seed industry in Yunnan province
摘要
Abstract
The article focuses on the rice seed industry in Yunnan province,the development,opportunities and challenges over the past five years and the development prospect in the future five years are analyzed.The development achievements are reflected in breakthroughs in the conservation and utilization of germplasm resources,abundant outcomes in seed industry science and technology innovation,more supporting for enterprises,advancement in the construction of seed production bases,and purification of the seed industry market.However,problems of insufficient protection and utilization of germplasm resources,weak innovation capabilities,low enthusiasm of enterprises and lagging base construction are still remained.The opportunities include policy support and increasing market demand,meanwhile,challenges exist in re-source utilization,breeding innovation and market competition.In the future five years,we should take improving efficiency as the goal,strengthening the dominant role of enterprises as the principle,and impelling the seed industry innovation and seed base construction as meas-ures.The key development priorities cover the conservation and utilization of germplasm resources,scientific and technological innovation,market purification,safety guarantee,and support guarantee.By combing present and future development of Yunnan seed industry,we hope to help the high-quality development of Yunnan's rice seed industry and ensure the security of staple food supply in Yunnan province.关键词
