运动与心肌代谢重构
Exercise and myocardial metabolic remodeling
摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide, with myocardial cell metabolic dysfunction being one of its core pathological components.Under pathological conditions, such as myocardial infarction and heart failure, the heart's energy metabolism undergoes reprogramming, characterized by disrupted substrate utilization and mitochondrial dysfunction, leading to insufficient ATP and oxidative stress.Regular physical exercise has been established as a powerful metabolic intervention. It primarily protects against myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arrhythmias by activating a series of key signaling pathways that remodel myocardial metabolism in pathological states. This includes correcting the imbalance in fatty acid and glucose utilization, enhancing mitochondrial biogenesis and function, and boosting antioxidant defense capabilities.Notably, the benefits of exercise present a"double-edged sword",as its effects are dependent on the intensity and type of activity, making individualized exercise prescription crucial.Targeting these metabolic pathways regulated by exercise to develop drugs that mimic the benefits of physical activity could offer novel therapeutic strategies for cardiovascular patients who cannot tolerate exercise.关键词
