摘要

Abstract

To explore the effect of micro-texture on improving the cutting performance of tools,theoretical analysis and simulation methods were employed to compare and analyze the cutting performance of elliptic bulge parabolic contour texture(EBPCT)and elliptic opening offset parabola micro-texture(EOOPT)tools,thereby demonstrating the superiority of EBPCT in enhancing tool performance.Subsequently,sensitivity analysis was employed to screen the characteristic parameters of EBPCT.Based on the response surface methodology,the variation patterns of cutting performance with key parameters were investigated,and on this basis,parameter optimization was carried out.The results show that the sensitive characteristic parameters of EBPCT include the major axis,minor axis,height,offset,lateral spacing,edge margin and included angle of the ellipse.After parameter optimization,the average values of the maximum equivalent stress,maximum cutting temperature,main cutting force and depth resistance of the EBPCT tool are reduced by 4.45%,3.96%,6.16%and 1.52%respectively,compared to those before optimization.
