摘要

Abstract

In response to the performance requirements for vibration reduction and excellent conductivity in special equipment under extreme environments,this paper investigated the mechanical and electrical properties of metal-rubber components prepared using 304 stainless steel wire and a high elasticity/high conductivity beryllium bronze alloy wire.The study examined the influence of density and deformation on the mechanical performance of specimens made from different materials and employed a four-probe method to measure the electrical resistance of different metal-rubber specimens.The results demonstrate that both types of metal-rubber specimens exhibit excellent load-bearing capacity and damping performance,while the electrical resistance of beryllium bronze metal-rubber is only approximately 5%of that of 06Cr19Ni10(304)stainless steel-based material.
