滇西南某高硫铜矿浮选试验研究
Experimental Study on Flotation of a High-Sulfur Copper Ore in Southwest Yunnan
摘要
Abstract
In view of the characteristics of a high-sulfur copper ore in southwest Yunnan,which features a diverse mineral composition and complex ore properties,an experimental process involving bulk flotation of copper and sulfur followed by separation was adopted.The study of beneficiation indicators such as the grinding fineness of raw ore,types and dosages of reagents,and the regrinding fineness of rough concentrate was carried out.The closed-circuit tests yielded experimental indicators of 69.83%copper recovery and 25.29%copper grade in the copper concentrate,as well as 82.37%sulfur recovery and 46.40%sulfur grade in the sulfur concentrate,demonstrating effective recovery of both copper and sulfur.关键词
