云南某铜冶炼渣选铜尾矿综合回收利用研究
Research on the Comprehensive Recovery and Utilization of Copper Tailings from a Copper Smelting Slag in Yunnan Province

Abstract
The copper tailings from a copper smelting slag in Yunnan contain 43.01%iron and 3.57%zinc.Approximately 65%of the iron exists in the form of magnetite,while zinc is primarily hosted in refractory zinc-iron spinel.An iron recovery technology process of"first-stage low-intensity magnetic separation-staged grinding-regrinding and cleaning"is proposed.Under the separation conditions of a grinding fineness of 70%passing-0.074 mm in the first grinding stage,a magnetic field strength of 0.1 T,and regrinding the rough concentrate to 85%passing-0.038 mm,technical indicators of an iron concentrate grade of 57.36%and recovery rate of 56.00%are achieved.The iron separation tailings can be used as cement raw materials.It provide technical support for the engineering application of the"copper recovery-iron extraction-building materials utilization"technology for copper smelting slag.关键词
