Abstract
The raw ore of a certain copper-lead mine in Qinghai contains 0.074%copper,1.54%lead,and 18.50%sulfur,with copper and lead minerals primarily existing in the form of sulfide ores,posing significant challenges for separation under low-alkaline conditions.A lime-free,low-alkaline flotation process of"bulk flotation of copper and lead-separation of copper and lead"was adopted,and novel lead collector Pa and copper collector PC1 were developed.Closed-circuit tests yielded a lead concentrate containing 56.21%lead with a recovery rate of 95.75%,and a copper concentrate containing 26.46%copper with a recovery rate of 51.90%.It achieves efficient recovery of copper and lead resources,providing certain reference significance for similar types of copper-lead sulfide ores.关键词
