摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy and the in-depth appli-cation of big data technology,digital transformation has become the inevitable path for the high-quality devel-opment of the printing and dyeing industry.Digital transformation is the key path for printing and dyeing enter-prises to enhance production efficiency and achieve intelligent manufacturing.However,legal risks such as da-ta compliance,intellectual property protection and ambiguous liability have become increasingly prominent,re-stricting the digital transformation process of printing and dyeing enterprises.The legal risks faced by printing and dyeing enterprises in the process of digital transformation under the background of big data are focused on,and optimized paths are provided,to help the printing and dyeing industry move forward steadily in the dig-ital wave and achieve high-quality development.关键词
