Application of printing and dyeing auxiliaries in the field of textile machinery automation
摘要
Abstract
The automation of textile machinery has put forward revolutionary demands on the perfor-mance of printing and dyeing auxiliaries.The collaborative mechanism of printing and dyeing auxiliaries in auto-mated equipment were reviewed,the core application adaptability in high-speed pad dyeing,air-flow dyeing and setting processes were focused on.By analyzing the technological innovation path and data-driven optimi-zation strategy of intelligent responsive printing and dyeing auxiliaries,the deep-rooted causes of the current bottleneck problems such as residual interference and bio-based stability of printing and dyeing auxiliaries are revealed.The process adaptability reconstruction of the closed-loop control system,the breakthrough in the self-repair mechanism of dynamic covalent bonds,and the technological innovation of microcapsule controlled release have provided key technical support for the integration of additives and equipment.关键词
