New Quality Productive Forces Empowering Rural Ecological Civilization Construction:Internal Logic,Bottlenecks,and Pathways

Abstract
As a form of green productivity,new quality productive forces serve as a crucial engine for the construction of rural ecological civilization.Empowering rural ecological civilization construction with new quality productive forces and adhering to the concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature is not only a practical necessity for pro-moting rural environmental protection and green development but also a fundamental value for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and building a beautiful China.An analysis of the latest data and the overall situation reveals that in the process of advancing rural ecological civilization construction,China urgently needs to overcome practical challenges such as technological bottlenecks,talent shortages,institutional barriers,funding constraints,and outdated mindsets.To this end,it is essential to promote the innovation and application of green technologies in rural areas,attract and culti-vate scientific and technological talent for rural ecological and environmental protection,improve policies and regulations for rural ecological conservation,secure funding sources for ecological civilization construction,and strengthen publicity and education on rural ecological civilization.By effectively leveraging new quality productive forces,high-quality eco-logical environments can underpin high-quality development in rural areas.关键词
