The Mechanism and Implementation Pathways of Green Technology Innovation Empowering New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
With the intensification of global climate change and resource constraints,green technology innovation has increasingly become a core driver of economic green transformation and high-quality development.The study systemati-cally analyzed the key pathways of green technology innovation in enhancing emerging productivity based on the dual mechanisms of endogenous driving and exogenous boosting.Using a combination of theoretical analysis and case-based empirical methods,the study elaborated on the endogenous effects of green technology innovation from three dimensions:improving labor skills,upgrading production tools,and enhancing production objects.It also explored its exogenous boosting effects through external forces such as policy guidance,technological diffusion,and market demand.Moreover,the study focused on practical challenges in the enabling process,including the inadequacy of innovation institutional environments,lagging digital and intelligent technological advancements,insufficient new infrastructure development,and the lack of autonomy in core technologies.On this basis,policy recommendations were proposed,including optimizing the innovation institutional environment,strengthening technological innovation,accelerating infrastructure construction,and enhancing the self-reliance of core technologies,to further promote emerging productivity development and economic green transformation.关键词
