Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education:The Basic Logic of Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents

Abstract
The essence of cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the systematic generation of creative personality,and its basic logic is rooted in the stimulation and nourishment of human innovation and entrepreneurship potential through innovation and entrepreneurship education.The study shows that the growth of top-notch innovative talents stems from a triple path of interest stimulation,cognitive breakthrough,and willpower strengthening,ultimately generating an ideal character with strong autonomy,inquisitiveness,persistence,and creativity.Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the basic logic for cultivating top-notch innovative talents due to its educational functions of awakening potential,supporting growth and reconstructing personality.Innovation and entrepreneurship education achieves a systematic transformation from potential discovery to ability construction through the"three-level cultivation"and"four-dimensional collaboration"mechanisms,and constructs a full life cycle education chain that connects youth interest stimulation,youth ambition establishment,and adult value realization.Essentially,innovation and entrepreneurship education is a"spiritual project"aiming at personality reconstruction,with the ultimate goal of encouraging individuals to internalize the value of"creation"as their mission and become top-notch innovative talents with sustained growth and self-transcendence abilities.关键词
