双路径法改良术式治疗中重度直肠前突的临床体会
Clinical Experience of Modified Dual-Approach Surgery in Treating Moderate to Severe Rectocele

Abstract
Objective To optimize the dual-approach surgical technique for repairing moderate to severe rec-tocele via natural orifices and improve the therapeutic effect of moderate to severe rectocele.Methods The clinical data and prognostic indicators of 3 patients with moderate to severe rectocele treated with modified dual-approach surgery in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were collected.All patients underwent transanal large C-ring resection of the anterior rectal mucosal wall,resection of the relaxed posterior vaginal mucosa,appropriate dissection,and then inverted T-shaped mucosal flap repair.Results All 3 patients recovered and were discharged from hospital,with the operation time ranging from 75 to 88 minutes.No severe complica-tions occurred after surgery.During regular follow-up,the scores of obstructed defecation syndrome,anorectal manometry results,defecography data and other indicators were all close to normal values,showing remarkable clinical efficacy.Conclusion On the premise of good mastery of indications,modified dual-approach sur-gery has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of moderate to severe rectocele.It can correct the anatomi-cal abnormalities of the anterior rectal wall,improve constipation symptoms,and achieve high patient satisfac-tion,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.关键词
