Clinical Efficacy of Multisite Painless Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treating 50 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of multisite painless minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an obser-vation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with multi-site painless minimally invasive surgery,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoid-ectomy(MMH).The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group reached 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0%of the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd,7th and 11th day after surgery,the scores of pain,wound exudation and anal distension in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Multisite painless minimally inva-sive surgery has distinct advantages in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.It can reduce wound exudation,alle-viate postoperative pain and anal distension,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
