腔内磁疗联合复方角菜酸酯栓治疗内痔的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intracavitary magnetic therapy combined with anal administration of compound carraghenates suppository in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 45 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to June 2024 were ran-domly divided into an observation group(23 cases)and a control group(22 cases).The observation group was treated with intracavitary magnetic therapy combined with anal administration of compound carraghenates sup-pository,while the control group was only given anal administration of compound carraghenates suppository.The clinical efficacy and scores of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.Results At 10 days and 1 month after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the efficacy index scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment.Conclusion Non-invasive intracavitary magnetic therapy com-bined with anal administration of compound carraghenates suppository has a significant efficacy in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.It can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms,with simple operation and no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
