Abstract
Objective To analyze and compare the effects of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)on clinical efficacy and anorectal dynamic indicators in patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the PPH group and the RPH group,with 50 cases in each group.The PPH group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids,while the RPH group was given Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indica-tors and anorectal dynamic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There were no sig-nificant differences in the total effective rate,operation time,postoperative pain score and wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the RPH group was lower than that in the PPH group(P<0.05).After surgery,the maximum tolerable volume(MTV),maximum systolic pressure(MSP)and high-pressure zone length(HPZ)of the rectum in both groups decreased,and those in the RPH group were lower than those in the PPH group(P<0.05).The rectal resting pressure(RRP)increased in both groups,and that in the RPH group was higher than that in the PPH group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of short-term and long-term complications in the RPH group were lower than those in the PPH group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both RPH and PPH have significant curative effects in the treatment of severe hemor-rhoids.However,RPH has less traumatic injury,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,improve anorec-tal dynamics and lower the incidence of complications.关键词
