清炎消肿汤口服用于火毒蕴结型肛周脓肿围手术期的疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Oral Administration of Qingyan Xiaozhong Decoction in Perioperative Period of Peri-anal Abscess of Fire-Toxin Accumulation Type

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of oral administration of Qingyan Xiaozhong Decoction on the perioperative therapeutic efficacy of patients with perianal abscess of fire-toxin accumulation type.Methods A total of 60 patients with perianal abscess of fire-toxin accumulation type admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine anti-infection treatment after surgery,while the observation group was intervened with oral administration of Qingyan Xiaozhong Decoc-tion after surgery.The clinical efficacy,wound healing status and syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the slough shedding time was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the scores of wound pain,edema,secretion and constipation in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No drug-related adverse reactions occurred in either group during the treatment period,indicating good safety.Conclu-sion Oral administration of Qingyan Xiaozhong Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome mani-festations of patients with perianal abscess of fire-toxin accumulation type,significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain,promote the repair process of surgical wounds,and exhibit good medication safety.关键词
