Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral administration of self-formulated Chinese medicinals combined with herbal fumigation and sitz bath in the treatment of hemorrhoid patients during preg-nancy.Methods A total of 78 pregnant patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral administration of self-formulated Chinese medicinals combined with herbal fumigation and sitz bath,while the control group was treated with oral administration of the same self-formulated Chinese medicinals combined with warm saline sitz bath.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and changes in syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%,which was significantly higher than 76.9%of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of constipation and anal foreign body sensation,as well as the disappearance time of pain and hematochezia in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of anxiety and insomnia in the observation group was 10.3%,which was lower than 25.6%of the control group(P<0.05).All TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Chinese medicinals combined with herbal fumigation and sitz bath has a sig-nificant therapeutic effect in the treatment of hemorrhoids during pregnancy.It can rapidly relieve clinical symp-toms,reduce patients'pain,improve their anxiety,with simple operation and high safety,and will not cause adverse effects on the fetus.It is a safe and effective method for treating hemorrhoids during pregnancy.关键词
