穴位艾灸防治混合痔术后尿潴留的疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Moxibustion in Preventing and Treating Postoperative Urinary Retention after Mixed Hemorrhoid Resection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint moxibustion in preventing and treating uri-nary retention after mixed hemorrhoid resection.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid resection in our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 55 cases in each group.The treatment group received moxibustion at Zhongji,Qihai,Guanyuan and bilateral Sanyinjiao acupoints after surgery,while the control group was given oral tamsulosin hydrochloride after surgery.The incidence of postoperative urinary retention,catheterization rate,time to first postoperative urination,residual bladder urine volume after first urination and adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of urinary retention and catheterization rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time to first postopera-tive urination was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The residual bladder urine volume after first urination was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint moxibustion after mixed hemorrhoid resection can significantly reduce the incidence of urinary retention and catheterization rate,shorten the urination time and decrease the residual bladder urine volume.It is safe,effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
