摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To address the challenge of efficient information extraction from large ship design models,this study develops a systematic and agile model information acquisition framework tailored to ship-building requirements.[Method]First,the IDEF0 functional modeling approach is employed to establish a dynamic model information transmission mechanism and a standardized data flow system,enabling process standardization and visualization.Subsequently,a hierarchical software development framework is proposed based on the 3DEXPERIENCE design platform.This framework overcomes the limitations of multi-dimensional filtering technology for design model screening and innovatively develops a batch processing strategy for cus-tomized information output.The agile information acquisition software is implemented through CAA sec-ondary development technology.[Results]Verification through typical task scenarios shows that the soft-ware reduces operational steps by 67%and improves data processing efficiency by 76%,significantly enhanc-ing both design efficiency and the accuracy of information acquisition.[Conclusion]The research provides an end-to-end solution covering requirement analysis,model construction,software development,and valida-tion testing.It effectively addresses divergent information demands across multiple application scenarios and offers theoretical foundations and technical pathways for digital ship product design.
