Field screening of chemicals for controlling citrus canker in Wanzhou,Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
Citrus canker,a bacterial disease with a long latent period and strong infectivity,severely restricts the development of China's citrus industry.To screen appropriate pesticide application time and highly effective control agents,36 chemicals(3 newly developed agents,1 agricultural adjuvant,and 32 registered microbicides)were evaluated in a Tarocco blood orange or-chard in Wanzhou District,Chongqing,for their control effects on citrus canker occurring on spring shoots,summer shoots and fruits after three applications at spring shoot emergence stage,the 2/3 of petal fallen stage,and young fruit development stage,respectively.The results showed that 84%copper oxychloride water-dispersible granules(2,000-fold dilution),77%calcium copper sulfate wettable powder(600-fold dilution),27.12%basic copper sulfate suspension concentrate(500-fold dilution),20%thiodiazole copper suspension concentrate(700-fold dilution),47%kasugamycinocopper oxychloride wettable powder(750-fold dilution),3%benziothiazolinone microemulsion(2,000-fold dilution),46%copper hydroxide water-dispersible granules(1,500-fold dilution),21%zhongshengmycinocopper acetate wettable powder(1,200-fold dilution),25%bronopol water-dispers-ible granules(1,500-fold dilution),and 45%kasugamycinoquinoline copper suspension concentrate(1,600-fold dilution)exhibi-ted control effects exceeded 90%on spring shoots,summer shoots and fruits.In production,for the control of citrus canker,the above-mentioned chemicals can be chosen for spraying during key periods such as the spring shoot emergence stage,the 2/3 of petal fallen stage,and young fruit development stage,as well as other stages.关键词
