柑橘褐腐疫霉生物学特性及24种杀菌剂的室内毒力

Abstract
Exploring the growth characteristics of Phytophthora citrophthora and the selection of effective control agents can provide reference for prevention and control of citrus brown rot.The mycelium growth method was utilized to investigate the growth characteristics of P.citrophthora under varying conditions including different media,temperatures,pH values,light expo-sures,carbon sources,nitrogen sources and other factors.Additionally,24 commonly used fungicides available on the market were selected to determine their toxicity.The results showed that P.citrophthora exhibited robust growth on PDA medium,with a colony diameter reaching 43.49 mm after 5 days of culture.The optimal temperature range for the growth of P.citrophthora was 22-30 ℃,and the fastest growth was observed at 25 ℃,with the colony diameter reaching 42.54 mm after 5 days of cul-ture under this temperature.The colony grew faster when the pH value was 6-8.P.citrophthora exhibited a good utilization effi-ciency of soluble starch,but a poor utilization efficiency of maltose and D-fructose.P.citrophthora exhibited a better utilization efficiency of peptone and yeast extract than that of urea and ammonium carbonate.The tested 24 fungicides were all effective in inhibiting P.citrophthora.Chunlei·quinoline copper,quinoline copper,and pyraclostrobin exhibited strong toxicity,with EC50 values of 29.423,35.674 and 40.962 mg/L,respectively.P.citrophthora exhibited optimal growth under the conditions of PDA medium,a temperature range of 22-30 ℃,a pH value of 6-8,with soluble starch as the carbon source,and peptone and yeast extract as the nitrogen sources.The 30%pyraclostrobin suspension,33.5%quinoline copper suspension,and 33%chunlei·quinoline copper suspension showed good inhibitory effects on P.citrophthora and could be used as reference fungicides for the field control of citrus brown rot.关键词
