摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the effect of agricultural plant spray oil(PSO)and matrine on Diaphorina citri,the indoor toxicity test and field control experiment were carried out.The indoor test results showed that the LC50 of PSO for D.citri adult was 3,234.92 mg/L(diluted by 309 times),and that of matrine was 112.92 mg/L(diluted by 8,856 times).The mortality of D.citri exposed to matrine at 100.00 mg/L(diluted by 10,000 times)was 51.67%±5.48%,while that of D.citri exposed to matrine at 200.00 mg/L(diluted by 5,000 times)was only 77.22%±4.91%.When matrine at 100.00 mg/L was mixed with 2,000.00 mg/L PSO(diluted by 500 times),the mortality of D.citri reached 81.11%±6.21%.The results of field control experiment showed that the control effect of 6,067 mg/L PSO(diluted by 150 times)+6.67 mg/L matrine(0.3%aqueous solution diluted by 450 times)on D.citri was the best,which reached 100%after two consecutive applications.The control effect of 6,067 mg/L PSO alone was equivalent to that of 3,033 mg/L PSO(diluted by 150 times)+10.00 mg/L(0.3%aqueous solution diluted by 300 times)matrine,which were 94.49%±4.57%and 93.99%±3.02%,respectively.The results showed that high concen-tration of PSO with low concentration of matrine had good control effect on D.citri.
