可降解防草布覆盖对橘园土壤细菌群落的影响
Influence of biodegradable mulch film on soil bacterial community in citrus orchards

Abstract
To investigate the effects of biodegradable black polylactic acid(PLA)mulch film cover on soil temperature and hu-midity,as well as bacterial community diversity in different types of citrus orchards,field experiments of biodegradable mulch film cover were conducted in a plain landform Satsuma mandarin orchard with paddy soil in northern Hunan and a hillside landform Ne-whall navel orange orchard with red soil in southern Hunan,with clean tillage as control treatment.Soil temperature and moisture were measured using aTR-RS-0120 soil moisture sensor(RS485 model),and high-throughput sequencing technology was em-ployed to detect soil bacterial community composition.The results showed that the biodegradable mulch film cover significantly decreased soil temperature in summer in both orchards,increased soil temperature in winter and soil moisture in summer in both orchards and soil moisture in winter in plain landform orchard,and had a differential effect on the diversity and abundance of soil bacterial community in citrus orchards.The bacteria OTUs of the covered group were 9.2%higher than that of the control group in plain landform citrus orchard,with the dominant phylum Proteobacteria accounting for 19.96%,whereas the OTUs of the covered group were 19.2%lower than that of the control group in mountainous citrus orchard,with the dominant phylum Acidobacteriota accounting for 24.84%.In conclusion,this study revealed the cover of biodegradable mulch film could effectively control soil tem-perature and moisture,and regulate soil bacterial communities in citrus orchards.关键词
