放梢时间对云南新平冰糖橙秋梢抽生和开花着果的影响
Effects of different shoot release times on autumn shoot sprouting,flowering and fruit set of Bingtang Orange in Xinping County of Yunnan Province

Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of different shoot release times on auturmn shoot sprouting,flowering and fruit set on Bingtang orange in Xinping Yi and Dai Autonomous County,Yunnan Province,six treatments were designed,namely short-cutting of spring shoots for unified release of autumn shoots at 20 days before the Beginning of Autumn(treatment A),10 days before the Beginning of Autumn(treatment B),at the Beginning of Autumn(treatment C),10 days after the Beginning of Autumn(treatment D),20 days after the Beginning of Autumn(treatment E),with natural release of autumn shoots without short-cutting(CK)as con-trol.The emergence of autumn shoots,and the flowering and fruit set performance in following year were compared among treat-ments,and principal component analysis was employed to comprehensively evaluate the reproductive growth of each treatment.The results showed that the number of autumn shoots in treatments A and CK was significantly higher than that in treatments B and D.The SPAD value of leaves of autumn shoot in all treatments followed the order of(B≈A≈C≈CK)>D>E.Treatment C produced the largest number of late autumn shoots,and the fresh weight of these shoots was 0.6,1.3,1.6,and 4.3 times higher than that in treatments B,D,E,and CK,respectively.In general,the total number of flowers,the number of flowers in autumn shoots and number of fruits decreased with the sequence of the short-cutting time,i.e.,delayed shoot releasing led to lower number of flowers and reduction of fruit production in the following year.The proportions of flowers in autumn shoots of the five short-cutting treatments were significantly higher than that of the CK treatment,indicating that the natural shoot release was unfavorable for flower bud differentiation of autumn shoots.The yield per plant of treatment C was 65.4 kg,which was 1.5,1.5,1.6,1.7 and 2.4 times higher than those of treatments B,D,CK,A and E,respectively.The soluble solids contents of fruits in the subsequent year followed the order of(A≈B)>(CK≈D≈C)>E.The comprehensive score of reproductive growth derived from principal component analysis was ranked as A>B>C>CK>D>E.It is recommended that for the production of Bingtang orange in Xinping,Yunnan,the timing of autumn shoot release should be controlled within 20 days before the Beginning of Autumns.关键词
