摘要
Abstract
From an international comparative perspective, this article systematically reviews the policy practices of developed economies and regions—including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom,Sweden,France, and Japan—in funding young engineering and technical talent, and summarizes their experiences in areas such as program positioning, application channels, evaluation mechanisms, service support, and assessment supervision. In response to issues in China's funding support for young engineering and technical talent, such as the lack of specialized programs, inefficient application channels, misaligned evaluation criteria, insufficient services, and weak incentives, the article proposes countermeasures. These include establishing specialized funding programs, optimizing application and review mechanisms, building a diversified service system, and strengthening whole-process supervision and promotion. The study aims to provide references for improving China's funding system for young engineering and technical talent and advancing the implementation of the national strategy on talent development in the new era.关键词
