国有企业职工人岗匹配度对工作满意度的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction Among Employees in State-Owned Enterprises

Abstract
This study focuses on employees in state-owned enterprises to explore the impact mechanism of person-job fit on job satisfaction and examine the mediating role of organizational belongingness in this relationship.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 376 employees of Enterprise Y in a certain city,and data were analyzed using independent samples t-tests,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis,and Bootstrap mediation effect testing.The results indicate that person-job fit,job satisfaction,and organizational belongingness are significantly positively correlated with each other.Organizational belongingness plays a partial mediating role between person-job fit and job satisfaction,with the mediating effect accounting for 41.6%of the total effect.It is recommended that state-owned enterprises enhance employees' organizational belongingness by optimizing person-job matching mechanisms,broadening promotion channels,strengthening support for young talents,and leveraging the roles of labor unions and human resources departments,thereby effectively improving job satisfaction.关键词
