Abstract
Against the backdrop of accelerating global digitalization,digital technology has exerted a profound impact on the business models of human resource services.By analyzing the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,and blockchain in core human resource processes including recruitment,training,performance management,compensation,and employee experience,this research reveals how digital technology enhances service efficiency,expands service scope,drives model transformation,and reconstructs value.The study summarizes twenty types of technology-driven innovative business models in human resource services,including intelligent services,platform-based ecosystems,personalized customization,flexible staffing,and data analytics services.It further refines four digital-driven models:operational automation,data-enabled decision-making,ecosystem collaboration,and experience optimization.The findings indicate that digital technology not only reshapes the delivery logic and competitive landscape of human resource services but also promotes the industry's transformation and upgrading towards digitalization,platformization,personalization,and ecosystemization.This provides practical pathways and developmental insights for enterprises to optimize talent management and adapt to market changes.关键词
