退休医务人员返聘的实践反思
Practical Reflections on the Reemployment of Retired Medical Staff

Abstract
With the rapid advancement of population aging in China,issues such as declining demographic dividend,labor shortage,and restricted economic development have become increasingly prominent.Studies have shown that the reemployment of elderly people can not only alleviate labor shortages and reduce the pension pressure on governments and families,but also help reduce the sense of emptiness caused by social disconnection after retirement,contributing to their physical and mental health.Retired medical staff are characterized by high educational levels and strong work willingness.Their reemployment aligns with the practical needs of hospitals for talent cultivation and disciplinary development,and serves as a key initiative for promoting the social participation of the elderly from the perspective of active aging.Based on a Grade A Tertiary Hospital in Northwest China,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the internal driving forces behind the reemployment of retired medical staff,summarizes and reflects on the practical exploration of such reemployment,explores solutions to existing problems,provides empirical evidence for the government to refine relevant policies,and offers practical references for various industries in implementing employment operations.It aims to improve the creation of a more harmonious and positive aging-friendly atmosphere across society.关键词
