摘要

Abstract

Bacillus badius B19 is a strain with chlorogenic acid synthesis ability.To explore the effect of morphology and metabolites on B ac illus b adius,the morphological characteristics and antioxidant activity of Bacillus badius B19 and its mutant strains UWB19-14 and CA55-1 were determined.The content and composition of metabolites in the strains were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the average length of the mutagenic strain increased by 103.03%and the antioxidant activity of the mutagenised strain was enhanced.A total of 401 metabolites,mainly amino acids and their derivatives,carbohydrates and organic acids,were identified from Bacillus badius B19 and its mutant strains.Differential metabolite enrichment analysis revealed that the mutagenised differential metabolites were mainly enriched in amino acid biosynthesis pathway,ABC transporter and biosynthesis pathway of secondary metabolites.This study provided a theoretical guidance for the further development and utilization of this strains.
