Screening of probiotics suitable for Codonopsis pilosula fermentation

Abstract
In this experiment,Codonopsis pilosula was fermented by Lactic acid bacteria and yeast in v itro.By analyzing the indexes such as the number of viable bacteria,pH,lactic acid content,ferulic acid content and crude protein content,two strains of Lactic acid bacteria,one strain of yeast and one group of compound probiotics were screened out.The Lactic acid bacteria suitable for Codonopsis pilosula fermentation were BLCC2-0410 and BLCC2-0126.After 48 h fermentation,the number of viable bacteria could reach 108 CFU/g,and the lactic acid production was 8.33,7.09 g/kg,and the ferulic acid production was 45.05 mg/kg and 42.16 mg/kg,respectively.The suitable yeast for Codonopsis pilosula fermentation was BLCC4-0077.After 48 h fermentation,the number of viable bacteria could reach 108 CFU/g and the crude protein content was 17.74%.The suitable combination of mixed bacteria for Codonopsis pilosula fermentation was BLCCC2-0410+BLCCC4-0077 after 48 h fermentation,the number of viable Lactic acid bacteria could reach 108 CFU/g,and the contents of lactic acid,ferulic acid and crude protein were 7.59 g/kg,38.74 mg/kg and 17.29%respectively.关键词
