不同水平乳化均衡油粉对断奶仔猪生产性能和血清指标的影响
Effects of different levels of emulsified balanced oil powder on growth performance and serum indexes of weaned piglets

Abstract
This experiment aimed to evaluate the effects of varying levels of emulsified balanced oil powder(EBO;composition:monounsaturated fatty acids:polyunsaturated fatty acids:saturated fatty acids=1.3:1.0:1.4,treated with phospholipid emulsification)as a replacement for soybean oil on the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of weaned piglets,and to provide reference for the optimization of fat application strategies in piglet diets.A total of 96(28±1)day-old weaned piglets(Landrace×Yorkshire×Duroc)were randomly assigned to four groups according to body weight and sex.The control(CON)group received a basal diet containing 2%soybean oil,while the TRE1,TRE2,and TRE3 groups received diets with 2%,4%,and 6%EBO,respectively,replacing the soybean oil on the basis of CON group diet.The experiment lasted for 20 days.The results showed that compared with CON group,the diarrhea rate and fecal scores of TRE1 and TRE2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the average daily gain of TRE1,TRE2 and TRE3 groups was significantly increased by 29.58%,46.48%and 33.80%(P<0.05),respectively.Meanwile,the ratio of feed to body weight was significantly decreased(P<0.05).With the increase of EBO supplemental level,the serum free fatty acid content of piglets was gradually increased.Compared with CON group,the serum free fatty acid content of piglets in TRE2 and TRE3 groups was increased by 84.27%and 100.51%(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusion,the addition of 4%emulsified balanced oil powder instead of 2%soybean oil in the diet was more beneficial to improve growth performance,which may be related to the improvement of fat metabolism and the reduction of diarrhea.关键词
