摘要

Abstract

The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of monobutyrateon on body size traits,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indices,and intestinal morphology of broiler.240 1-day-old AA broiler chickens were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups of 6 replicates(8 chickens per replicate).The control group was fed the basal diet,the antibiotic group was fed a diet containing 0.1%kitasamycin,and experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were supplemented with 0.15%,0.30%and 0.45%monobutyrate,respectively for 42 days.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,the breast circumference of broilers in group Ⅲ were increased by 4.30%(P<0.05),the serum albumin content of broilers in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 25.38%and 25.87%,respectively(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,duodenalvillus length of broilers were increased by 31.45%,21.01%and 36.31%in antibiotic group,and Ⅱ Ⅲ groups,respectively,with the antibiotic group being significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ,and group Ⅲ being significantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duodenal villous crypt ratio(VCR)and jejunal villus length in group Ⅲ were increased by 34.84%and 33.03%,respectively.(3)Compared with the control and antibiotic groups,the length of ileum villi in group Ⅲ was increased by 25.81%and 17.80%,respectively(P<0.05).The results indicated that dietary monobutyrate could improve intestinal villi morphology of broilers.
